Show Activities allow the people running the show to keep track of when certain events will happen, such as when the band arrives, when to start setting up, etc.
Show Activities have a “name” field, which is the label for the event that will happen. Additionally, we keep track of the “start_time” for show activities, which is the time the event will occur.
