get https://app.opendate.io/api/v2/confirms//fans/recommendations
Gives back the paginated list of Fans that are recommended for the given Confirm. This endpoint does not return any Fan that already owns tickets to the Confirm.
We determine if it is recommended based on 3 criteria:
- Genre matches
- Artist match
- Similar artist match
