Get Confirm Recommendations for Fan

get https://app.opendate.io/api/v2/confirms/recommendations

Gives back the paginated list of Confirms that are recommended for the provided Fan. This endpoint does not return any Confirms where the Fan already owns tickets.

We determine if it is recommended based on 3 criteria:

Genre matches
Artist match
Similar artist match
